Mission

Alemanni is a culture builder, not a tool museum. The week is the process: one meeting per day, clear owners, and a bias to action. Planning, production, safety, quality, and culture hang off that rhythm — so the crew knows what to do Monday morning without digging through libraries.

The week

The process is the process. Each project runs the same five-day tempo at 09:00.

  • Monday — Planning & Design. Find Admin gaps and queue them for Tuesday.
  • Tuesday — 6-week look-ahead and Pound. Import the planner, assign resources, route every action by category.
  • Wednesday — Production & Finances. Open Finance actions land here.
  • Thursday — QA/QC & safety. Apply this week’s BE ELITE! module to risk and proof on the path.
  • Friday — BE ELITE! & Mission Command. Celebrate the week, brief the commanding officer on red and yellow items — not every open card on the schedule.

66 rotating modules give each week a principle — Extreme Ownership, the Dichotomy of Leadership, and Leadership Strategy and Tactics. Thursday asks you to state the standard. Friday asks how that principle explains the week. Same theme, at home, in the community, and at work.

From Tuesday’s board to Friday’s brief

Tuesday’s Pound kanban is where work gets written. Each card gets a category — Admin, Finance, QA/QC, or Safety — and champions. Open items show on the day that owns them. Flag lead time in jeopardy when procurement or duration is longer than the time left; those cards turn red and brief Mission Command even if the due date is months out.

Full schedules, safety forms, quality tools, and culture worksheets hang off the meeting. They are not the meeting.
